At Planet Paw USA, we’re dedicated to delivering premium pet products, such as Cozy Paw Dens, Paw Palaces, Cat Feast Nooks, Dog Feast Nooks, Paw Travel Nooks, and Paw Grooming Nooks, straight to your door with care and speed. We partner with Spocket, our trusted dropshipping provider, to source high-quality items from US and EU suppliers, ensuring faster delivery times. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle shipping, including rates, processing, and delivery. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
2. Shipping Rates
- Domestic Shipping (US): Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the product weight, dimensions, and destination. We offer flat-rate shipping options or free shipping on orders over $50 (subject to change). Rates typically range from $5–$15 for standard delivery.
- International Shipping: We ship worldwide, with rates calculated at checkout. International orders may incur additional customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Rates typically range from $10–$30.
- Free Shipping: We occasionally offer free shipping promotions or for orders meeting a minimum threshold (e.g., $50). This is applied at checkout and may not include international orders.
Note: Shipping costs are not included in product prices and are added separately. We reserve the right to adjust rates without notice.
3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.
- Once processed, your order is handed off to our Spocket suppliers for fulfillment. You’ll receive an email confirmation with order details.
4. Delivery Time
- US and EU Delivery: Thanks to our US and EU-based Spocket suppliers, most orders arrive in 3–8 business days after processing. This estimate is for standard shipping and may vary based on location.
- International Delivery: For orders outside the US and EU, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
- Delays: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier issues, or customs. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control but will assist in tracking.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number from the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, or DHL).
- Track your order via the provided link or on our Site by entering your order number.
6. International Shipping and Customs
- For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These are not included in our shipping rates.

- We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted locations. If your address is invalid, we’ll contact you to update it or cancel the order with a full refund.
